I called Eddie at Carpet pro.he came out right away and checked out my horrible smelling closet. We had bad water damage in our closet from the HVAC Condensation overflowing. My ceiling had steady drops of water coming through the ceiling.which ruined allot of my shoes and clothing. Unfortunately i didn’t find it right away.and I couldn’t stop the water dropping from the ceiling. Half of our closet was wet and smelling terrible. Eddie checked out the HVAC unit on our third floor. Everything around the condensation pan was wet. He ripped out all the wet insulation it filled up a huge black garbage bag. He then brought up two of his heavy duty fans which he set up to dry out the wet wood where the water had ran over the overflow condensation pan. I took Edie into my closet where the bad smell was coming from. He checked the ceiling for water condensation and the rug. Both were very wet and this was causing the smell. Eddie brought in a huge de-humidifier and another big fan. He set them both up and said that the de-humidifier would pull out any moisture that was in the ceiling and carpet. That was Saturday night! By Monday morning the saturated carpet was dry and the ceiling didn’t look like it was going to fall in anymore. Eddie came back Monday and checked out the closet and third floor and everything was dry and the smell was gone! Thank you Eddie for your quick response. If you hadn’t come out when I called you we would be spending thousands of dollars on new carpet and dry wall and labor. Eddie is the best and most trusted guy I know. If you need somebody you can trust to help you with water damage and to get things back to normal Eddie is it! We have know Eddie for over 20 years and he is amazing!

The Service Pro's Restoration team was great, but special shout outs to Eddie and Sam. Eddie is very experienced and knowledgeable, and he was thoughtful and kind throughout the process. Sam was professional, helpful, and very kind.
