Excellent work from Service Pro. Service Pro took care of both mold remediation and insulation in our home, and the whole experience was great. Eddie was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. He explained what needed to be done, kept us updated, and did the work thoroughly. He also left the space clean when he finished.

I contacted Service Pro's LLC after I began to notice leaking and bulging paint in my master bedroom. They picked up the phone and within hours responded to my house with mitigation equipment. Sam and Eddie were both wonderful to work with, very open and upfront about how everything was going to play out and what they planned on doing. I never felt lost in the process that was happening. They also did a fantastic job keeping up communication as well as coordinating with my insurance to get me the best possible deal. Not to mention being very accommodating to my work schedule. Their work with the mitigation saved me tens of thousands of dollars in additional damage. And once the estimates were completed, their team did outstanding work repairing everything that had been done. They left it in even far better condition than when it had been before the water damage. Their pricing was also very fair, especially for the quality of the work that they did. For anyone dealing with water damage in the Tidewater Area they would be my absolute first recommendation. I know I will be using them again in the future for any repair needs.

These guys are consummate professionals. They did a fantastic job and were very careful with my belongings. They went above and beyond. It’s the little things that count, like replacing my few unredeemable hangars free of charge and making sure I was completely satisfied with the outcome.
